東莞市廣毅榮冷拉鋼廠;分析了熱軋帶鋼表面氧化鐵皮的成因、特點及結構組成,通過合理安排生產計劃、控制工作輥輥面質量、優化終軋和卷取溫度、提高鋼卷冷卻速率等措施,使冷軋基料產品的酸洗速度由原來約30-40m/min提高至60-70m/min,酸洗時間縮短了40%~50%。 The formation causes, features and composition of oxide scale on the hot rolled strip were analyzed. The pickling speed could be increased from 30-40m/min to 60-70m/min, and the time was shortened 40% -50% based on some oxide scale prevention measures , such as controlling roll surface quality, optimizing finishing rolling and coiling temperature, increasing cooling speed of coil, etc. 2250mm寬帶鋼熱軋生產線按照動態精準設計體系設計,設計產能550萬t/a,產品抗拉強度可達1000MPa,設計中采用了當今國際軋鋼領域的20多項先進技術,整體工藝技術裝備達到國際先進水平。本文介紹了首鋼京唐2250mm熱軋生產線的設計特點和采用的先進技術。工程設計中采用了步進式加熱爐、熱裝熱送技術、定寬壓力機、二輥可逆式R1粗軋機、四輥可逆式R2粗軋機、7架四輥精軋機、CVC^plus板形控制技術、具有快速冷卻功能的層流冷卻技術(TMCP)等;并自主設計開發了托盤式鋼卷運輸設備、交一直一交傳動控制、自動化檢測與控制系統及完善的除塵環保系統。該生產線投產后,主要技術經濟指標達到設計水平,實現了高效、優質、節能的目標。 2250 mm broad strip hot rolling line of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel Plant is designed according to dynamic exactness design system. Rolling mill designed product capacity is 5.5 Mt/a. The tensile strength of production reach to 1000 MPa. More than 20 items advanced technologies in today international steel rolling technical field have been adopted. The whole process and equipment reach to the international advanced level. This paper introduces design peculiarity and advanced technologies of 2250 mm hot strip rolling line at Shouggang Jingtang. In engineering design,heating furnace by step, casting--hot charge rolling, sizing press, two- high R1 reversing roughing mill , four-high R2 reversing roughing mill, 7 stands four" high finshing mill, CVC^plus plate shape control technique, laminar strip cooling system with speediness cooling process(TMCP) and so on have been adopted. The coil pallet transportation system has been researched independent. The engineering have been optimized which include of AC-DC-AC drive control technique, automation measure and control system, perfect dusting system.
